What You'll Be Doing Build and grow a Commercial Lines book of businessDevelop new business through relationships, referrals, networking, and consistent prospectingBuild lasting relationships with business owners and decision makersLearn your clients' businesses and become a trusted insurance resourceWork closely with internal service and placement teams to create a great client experienceOwn the sales process from prospecting through closingContinue expanding your Wisconsin network and market presence What We're Looking For 3+ years of Commercial Lines Producer experienceActive Minnesota Property & Casualty licenseA proven track record or a strong desire to grow a book of businessSomeone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and opening doorsStrong communication and follow throughA self starter who is comfortable prospecting and creating opportunitiesSomeone who can work independently while still being part of a collaborative team Why This Opportunity?
