About the role
Little Hen is a stylish, high-volume brunch restaurant known for beautiful food, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced team environment. We are opening our Fort Lauderdale location and are looking for reliable, motivated kitchen team members to join us from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- The Line Cook is responsible for preparing dishes during service according to Little Hen recipes, plating standards, and timing expectations.
- The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and recipes before service to support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Food handler certification preferred
Qualifications
- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully
- Organized, clean, and consistent
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and available for morning/daytime shifts
- Food handler certification preferred
