Responsibilities
- Prepare food in small batches to ensure premium freshness and flavor
- Work in display kitchens to interact with guests
- Display showmanship and engage with customers
- Work in a scratch kitchen without microwaves
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask
- Passionate about great food
Physical Requirements
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold
