About the role
We are hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook for a client in Glen Gardner, NJ. Dress code is business casual and the work mode is on‑site (office).
Responsibilities
- Food preparation, cooking, plating dishes, and sanitizing work areas.
- Managing stock and inventory.
- Following recipes and operating kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a cook.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Schedule
Two shifts: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM and 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with an unpaid 30‑minute lunch break.
