About the role
The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role supports a smooth, efficient service by maintaining strong mise en place, following established recipes and techniques, and upholding the high standards that define our kitchens. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about producing thoughtful, well-crafted food.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items according to recipes, plating guides, and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Aid with daily prep, stock rotation, and ingredient management
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols
- Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture
- Contribute to closing duties, cleaning tasks, and equipment care
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
