About the role

Create menu magic and make hungry people happy. Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. As a Line Cook II, you are responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory, and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret recipes
• Conduct inventory
• Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling procedures
• Provide daily preparation requirements
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain food quality and consistency
• Demonstrate knife skills and adjust preparations for flavor
• Accommodate customer needs in a timely manner

Requirements

• Availability to work an AM and/or Mid schedule
• Previous cooking experience required
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
