Responsibilities
- Cooks large quantities of food from a full menu
- Checks with line supervisor for out-of-stock items
- Takes physical inventory and creates a prioritized prep list daily
- Maintains a calendar of all soups produced each month
- Develops seasonal soup menus with the Executive Chef
- Maintains clean and organized stations at all times
- Ensures all food is stored according to company procedures and safety measures
- Adheres to portion control guidelines and completes prep tasks in a timely manner
- Demonstrates high standards in food safety and sanitation
- Works well with all team members to produce high standards of food and service
Requirements
- At least 18 years old due to labor laws
- One year of relevant experience
- Must adhere to mandatory grooming standards
