About the role

As a Broil Cook at Texas Roadhouse, you’ll play an important part in delivering our legendary steaks, our most popular menu item. This high-volume restaurant position focuses on meat preparation, seasoning, searing, and grilling while following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Understand and execute cooking steak temperatures
• Apply meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Use equipment and prep sheets effectively
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
