Line Cook - Broil/Grill (Part-Time & Full-Time)

About the role

We’re looking for a Broil Cook to prepare our legendary steaks, our most popular menu item. This is a key position in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute cooking steak temperatures
• Apply meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operate and understand kitchen equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• High-volume restaurant experience

Pay

From $17.00 per hour.
