Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately
• Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment
• High-volume experience
• Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, etc.)
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Attention to detail (in plating, measurements, portion control)
• Cleanliness / hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow direction / recipes / prep lists precisely
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
• A passion for food, learning, and the Wolfgang Puck philosophy of hospitality

Pay

$23.00 - $28.00 / hour
