Primary Responsibilities

  • Preparing food at a specific station in the kitchen
  • Working alongside other line cooks to ensure timely production of high-quality dishes
  • Execute dish preparation at assigned station according to Wild Eggs specifications
  • Setup and stock assigned station before service begins, checking ingredient quality, ensuring adequate supplies for anticipated volume
  • Work cooperatively with other line cooks and kitchen staff to meet timing requirements and maintain the flow of service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service, following health department regulations and company food safety procedures

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Understanding basic cooking methods and knife skills
  • Ability to read and execute recipes
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Working Conditions

  • Extended periods of standing, walking and repetitive motions
  • Exposure to heat, steam and kitchen equipment
  • High-volume service periods requiring speed and focus
