Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and ticket times
- Set up and break down station before and after service
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and shared kitchen areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management during service
- Auxiliary tasks including prep work, stocking, and inventory rotation (FIFO)
- Execute daily specials, catering items, buffets, and special events as needed
- Adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings
- Minimize waste and handle product with care
