Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Touchmark, a premier full-service retirement community in Portland. Our mission is to enrich the lives of residents and team members through exceptional hospitality, services, and dining experiences.

As a Line Cook at Touchmark, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that nourish, delight, and bring people together. You will work in a kitchen that values creativity, outstanding benefits, and a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals that meet Touchmark's Gold Standard in food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Contribute creative ideas and educate others on flavorful, healthy dining choices.
- Build relationships with a wonderful community of residents and team members.
- Work in a low-stress, hospitality-focused kitchen environment.
- Ensure premium ingredients and restaurant-quality standards are met.
Requirements
- A strong commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.
- A desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of Line Cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- The ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- A positive, professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, guests, and team members.

- A strong attendance and reliability history.
- A passion for creating beautifully prepared meals and memorable dining experiences.

Additional Information
Sign on bonus will be paid as follows: $500.00 after 90 Days; $500.00 after 180 days
