About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-from-scratch meals using our signature recipes
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Adapt to changing menu requirements and adjust cooking techniques accordingly

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Skills

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques

• Ability to lift and move heavy items
