Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
  • Check food ingredients for freshness.
  • Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean.

Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
  • Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
  • Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency.
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
