Responsibilities
- Receive food orders and prepare dishes for guests.
- Practice portion control and garnish ordered items.
- Maintain proper setup of the kitchen/station daily.
- Requisition and stock necessary food, paper products, and condiments.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products correctly.
- Set up, maintain, clean, and break down machinery and equipment.
- Maintain stock, cut, and store perishables daily.
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
- Ensure quality of products served.
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- One year experience working in food service environment.
- High school diploma, preferred.
- Essential verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
Skills
- Brand Certification, as required.
Pay
$18.00 - $19.00 / Hour
