Job Summary

- Prepare all food items in a sanitary, timely, and consistent manner
- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Execute proper plate presentation and garnish setups for all dishes
- Handle, store, label, and rotate food products according to safety standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Manager
Preferred Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking or line cook experience
- Working knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations
- Understanding of quality, presentation, and food cost control
Work Environment
