About the role
Red Robin is seeking Full Time and Part Time Prep Cooks. Ideal candidates should be strong team players, good communicators, organized with a keen attention to detail, at least 18 years old, and able to meet strict health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the best quality of food using skills in cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
- Work in a high-volume restaurant environment, learning the Red Robin style of food preparation.
- Support the Heart of House (HOH) team members who handle food prep and production.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to meet strict health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Experience in food prep and production as a Heart of House (HOH) team member
