About the role
Red Robin is seeking Full Time and Part Time Prep Cooks. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, good communicator, organized with a great attention to detail, at least 18 years old, and able to prepare high-quality food with strict health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients following the Red Robin style of food preparation.
- Work in a high-volume restaurant environment, learning the Red Robin style of food preparation.
- Contribute to a fun and exciting workplace culture.
- Enjoy flexible hours and advancement opportunities within a full-service casual dining restaurant company.
Requirements
- A strong Team Player
- A Good communicator
- Organized with a great attention to detail
- At least 18 years old
- Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards
Qualifications
- Back of House cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Experience as a HOH (Jefe / Jefa) preferred
- Experience in back of house preparation, food prep, or production
Skills
