Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GED
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
Requirements
- Position is part time, 2-3 shifts a week
Skills
Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations.
Maintain preparation, plating and presentation standards, safety standards and regulations to provide the highest quality food standards and consistency.
Maintain sanitation and maintenance of a safe work and food prep environment.
