About the role

This position at Daily Jam is for a line cook who will prepare high-quality food for all guests. The role demands adherence to strict standards and discipline to ensure 100% food quality, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet guest needs and preferences
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and served promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Adhere to daily and weekly menu plans
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid food handler's permit

Skills

• Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers
