Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet guest needs and preferences
- Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and served promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Adhere to daily and weekly menu plans
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid food handler's permit
Skills
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers
