Your Role, Your Impact

  • Work directly with the culinary team to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other meal prep.
  • Responsible for prepping, labeling, and stocking ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Prepares necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
  • Interacts with guests throughout the day, showcasing passion for foodservice and demonstrating dedication to hospitality.
  • Aids in training new culinary hires.

Verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to inspire, motivate, and recognize team members is essential. Quick and accurate task completion is expected. Awareness of ingredients and potential allergens within recipes is crucial, especially for guests with specific dietary concerns.

  • Communicates inventory and kitchen needs to the Chef, including prep, grab-and-go items, cleaning, and sanitization items, and paper goods.
  • Follows safe food handling procedures.
  • Rotates stock items and stores produce at appropriate temperatures.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic knife and food preparation skills.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage.
  • Must obtain serve safe certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
