About the role
This position helps support the daily operations of the Temporary Clerical Pool by assisting agencies with important clerical tasks. The work requires accuracy, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Aid citizens and staff by providing helpful and accurate information
- Complete office duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Maintain accurate information in systems and reports
- Support temporary staffing needs across agencies
- Ensure tasks are handled professionally and with attention to detail
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- One year of experience using Microsoft software products
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of clerical experience

- Possession of the required knowledge and abilities
- PA residency requirement
