Lime Fresh Mexican Grill - Manager - Dadeland

LIME Manager – a leadership role that steps in for the General Manager, overseeing all restaurant operations, team development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, including sales reviews, cost analysis (food and labor), and financial goal tracking.
• Manage human resources: recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee customer relations: service quality, satisfaction, loyalty programs, and feedback collection.
• Maintain vendor relations, purchasing, inventory management, and legal compliance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Train and develop staff, including making employment and termination decisions with the General Manager.
• Lead shifts, order supplies, and conduct performance appraisals on schedule.
• Build and maintain community relationships outside the restaurant.
• Guarantee high-quality food, service, and facility appearance while meeting sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Completion of Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course and approval by EverFresh Endeavors, Inc.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proficiency in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
• At least two years of front-of-the-house operations or leadership experience.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week and travel for up to 4 weeks for training.
