What You'll Do

• Perform electrical and lighting drawing takeoffs using Bluebeam
• Build and manage lighting submittal packages from start to finish
• Review and track submittal approvals
• Order lighting fixtures based on approved submittals
• Maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers, manufacturer reps, and contractors on active jobs
• Create owner manuals upon project completion

What You Bring

• Experience in lighting project coordination or a related construction/trade field
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar takeoff software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication with vendors, reps, and clients
• Able to manage multiple active projects and keep things moving

• Monday - Friday schedule, 9AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends
