  • In advance of initiating a Bright Choices Outdoor Lighting Agreement (“BCOLA”), ensure contractual parties have signature authority to enter into a multi-year agreement with TEC using Sunbiz, LiteBiz, Property Appraiser, and State of Florida Election of Officers web site. Before project is underway, collect appropriate signatures and required CIAC.
  • Once the project is underway, represent customers in plan-of-the-week meetings, and manage communication to all involved entities concerning any updates in the construction schedule or other changes with potential impact and documenting updates.
