Responsibilities
- Layout, wiring, implementation and testing of the electrical systems on all manufactured products
- Day-to-day operation with actual manufacturing processes of building furnace equipment
- Electrical knowledge including high and low voltage, schematics, drives systems, temperature controllers, PID loops, basic understanding of PLC programming, and troubleshooting
- Experienced in the use of a variety of electrical control devices (Controllers, PLC, VFD)
- Wires all electrical systems maintaining UL and CE compliance
- Background knowledge of ISO 9001 is helpful
- Knowledge of 3-phase, single phase, AC and DC circuits
- Knowledge of 4-20mA and 0-10V loops
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Fabricate and install parts that conform to Engineering CAD drawings
- Analyzing needs and product requirements to improve designs
- Provide feedback of potential improvements to Engineering Departments
- Provide equipment startup commissioning at end user facility

- Willing to travel domestically & internationally
- Position may involve access to information subject to ITAR; applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years prior work experience related to electrical systems
- Experience with gas burner systems or HVAC background is helpful
- High school diploma/GED and Trade Tech, or college degree
- Experience in forklift driving, scissor lift, and other common shop machinery is helpful
