Light The Night Atlanta

About the role

To bring our walk to life, we require the support of volunteers across three shifts:

• 50 setup volunteers from 9:00am–12:00pm
• 30 volunteers to support a variety of areas from 3:30pm–7:30pm
• 20 volunteers to guide and encourage walkers from 7:30pm–9:00pm

Event details

• Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026
• Location: Piedmont Park - The Meadow, 10th St NE & Charles Allen Dr., Atlanta, GA 30306
• Festivities: 5:30pm–9:00pm; Opening Ceremony/Walk at 7:30pm
• Walk distance: 1 mile
• Parking: Limited; carpool and rideshare encouraged
