Lift Maintenance Dispatcher - Winter Season (Part-Time)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to those headings where appropriate. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from Who We Are and Position Summary?), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Education & Experience Requirements + Qualifications and Skills?), Benefits (Perks & Benefits), Pay (WAGE), Schedule (maybe from PHYSICAL DEMANDS? Actually schedule not given; but we have "Full & Part-Time shifts available" in Perks & Benefits? Actually that line appears in Perks & Benefits: "Full & Part-Time shifts available". That could be schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Also we might have other sections like Qualifications and Skills separate? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Qualifications and Skills maybe as separate sections if content exists. We have "Qualifications and Skills:" section with bullet-like list. So we could have a Skills section. Also Requirements could be Education & Experience Requirements. We'll need to decide.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. We have Pay (WAGE). Benefits (Perks & Benefits). Schedule (Full & Part-Time shifts available). Good.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/cookie/legal. The posting includes "AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:" and "Application Deadline:" etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep details: Who We Are paragraph, Perks & Benefits list, Position Summary paragraph, WAGE paragraph, Essential Duties list (as bullet list), Education & Experience Requirements (Education:..., Experience:...), Qualifications and Skills list, Physical Demands and Working Conditions paragraph, Other Duties As Assigned paragraph.
We need to format as HTML with headings and
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide which headings correspond to which content.
Possible mapping:
- About the role: Could combine Who We Are and Position Summary? But maybe better: About the role = Who We Are (description of resort). Position Summary could be under Responsibilities? Actually Responsibilities is for duties. Position Summary is more overview. Could treat as About the role.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties.
- Requirements: Education & Experience Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Qualifications and Skills (but we also have Skills heading). Could split: Qualifications = Education & Experience Requirements? Actually Qualifications often includes education/experience. But we already used Requirements for that. Could treat Qualifications as the list of qualifications (must be at least 18, phone experience, radio use, knowledge of lifts, first aid, driver's license). Skills could be maybe "Capable of professional and efficient two way radio use..." etc. But the list includes both qualifications and skills. Might be okay to have a single Skills section covering that list. But instruction says we can have Qualifications and Skills separate if content exists. We have both: Qualifications and Skills heading in the posting. So we can make a
Qualifications
for the bullet list under "Qualifications and Skills:"? Actually the heading is "Qualifications and Skills:" then list. We could split: Qualifications = items like age, driver's license, first aid, etc. Skills = phone, radio, knowledge of lifts. But to keep simple, we could make one sectionQualifications and Skills
but instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills (separate). It didn't forbid combining but said use those headings. Safer to make two sections: Qualifications and Skills. We'll need to divide the list accordingly. List items: - Must be at least 18 years if age. (typo: "if age" but keep) - Experience using phone with multiple lines. - Capable of professional and efficient two way radio use including comfortable making fleet calls. - Possess at least a basic knowledge of aerial lifts, surface lifts, and any other related equipment. - Current standard first aid card desirable. - Must have a valid unrestricted US Driver’s License. We can categorize: Qualifications: age, driver's license, first aid card desirable (maybe qualification). Skills: phone experience, radio use, knowledge of lifts. Could also include first aid as qualification. We'll split. - Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid unrestricted US Driver’s License. Current standard first aid card desirable. - Skills: Experience using phone with multiple lines. Capable of professional and efficient two way radio use including comfortable making fleet calls. Possess at least a basic knowledge of aerial lifts, surface lifts, and any other related equipment. Now Benefits: list from Perks & Benefits. - Free season pass to Winter Park and all Alterra Resorts - Discounted friends & family tickets - Medical, dental, vision, life, paid parental leave and more for eligible employees - 401(k) plan with 100% company match - up to 4% - Mental health resources for all employees - Food & beverage and retail discounts - Onsite employee childcare based on availability - Discounted equipment rentals, pro-deals, and more - Full & Part-Time shifts available (maybe schedule) But schedule we said separate. Pay: WAGE paragraph: base hourly pay range $22.00-$25.00/hour plus explanation. Schedule: Full & Part-Time shifts available. Now About the role: Could be "Who We Are" paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. Requirements: Education & Experience Requirements (Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: Experience with ski lifts is a plus but not required.) Now we also have Physical Demands and Working Conditions and Other Duties As Assigned. Those are substantive; we need to include them. But we don't have headings for those in the allowed list. The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings; other sections like Physical Demands and Other Duties may not be needed? But we must preserve all substantive information. We could incorporate them under existing headings: Physical Demands could go under Responsibilities? Or maybe under Requirements? But better to create a section with appropriate heading like "Working Conditions" but not in list. However instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g...). It may imply we should use those headings where applicable, but we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. However we have substantive info like Physical Demands and Other Duties that don't fit those categories. Could we put Physical Demands under Responsibilities? Not really. Could we put Other Duties under Responsibilities as well? Possibly. But we risk losing detail. We could create a section "Working Conditions" with
Working Conditions
and another "Additional Responsibilities" maybe. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. So we can add. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (Who We Are) - Responsibilities (Essential Duties) - Requirements (Education & Experience Requirements) - Qualifications (age, driver's license, first aid) - Skills (phone, radio, lift knowledge) - Benefits (Perks & Benefits) - Pay (WAGE) - Schedule (Full & Part-Time shifts available) - Working Conditions (Physical Demands and Working Conditions) - Other Duties (Other Duties As Assigned) We must ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All have content. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce:About the role
...Who We Are paragraph...
Responsibilities
- ... each essential duty ...
