Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and reliable mechanical operation of lifts.
• Follows the company's safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Performs and schedules all preventative maintenance procedures.
• Aids in troubleshooting all "down" lifts.
• Affirms that the Maintenance Manager, Lead, and Lift Dispatch are promptly informed and consulted about all abnormal or unusual conditions, incidents, observations, or system malfunctions.
• Responds, as assigned, to lift failures to productively resolve these situations in a timely manner.
• Maintains all tools, equipment, and vehicles as assigned.
• Can evacuate a lift under auxiliary power in all circumstances.
• Aids in the ongoing training of lift maintenance personnel.
• Provides superior service to our guests (internal and external) at all times. Interacts with the guests and responds to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Records all information of work performed on lifts and submits to lift records in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior lift maintenance experience, preferred.
• Will train the right candidate with a Mechanical background.
• Must be able to work under timelines and pressure.
• Willing to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
• Ability to climb and work at substantial heights and in all kinds of weather (heat, cold, rain, wind, ice, snow, etc.).
• Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be familiar with ANSI B-77.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem Solver.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
