Compensation
$85,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences.
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community.
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales and the builder team, to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events.
- Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the program offerings.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant.
- Working closely with the sales team to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge-style assistance to residents.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events and special occasions, from start to finish.
Requirements
- A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and enriching the lives of others.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
