About the role

The Concierge is responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests by becoming an expert in the local area, building community partnerships, and providing engaging, creative recommendations. They educate colleagues to enhance overall guest service and ensure a safe, professional environment by adhering to company policies, maintaining appearance standards, and protecting assets. The role requires a hands-on approach, including walking, standing, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• No prior experience or supervisory background necessary
