Concierge
About the role
We are currently in search of a Concierge and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, to eat, drink, chat, and explore, someone who’ll share thoughtful, personal recommendations on everything from secret sunsets in Seattle to an award-winning bar in Downtown. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about details, who’ll get you a table at that impossible-to-reserve restaurant, then send you for drinks at a blissful hideaway you’d never have found, introduce you to an incredible gallery, give you background on the neighborhood, and anything else you can imagine.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Secure reservations at exclusive or hard-to-book venues
- Share in-depth knowledge of the neighborhood and its hidden gems
- Deliver exceptional, detail-oriented guest service
- Collaborate with team members in a 24-hour operation
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience in concierge operations or guest service
- Passionate about guest service and hospitality
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a team player
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Pay
$23.50 per hour
