Responsibilities
- Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies from concept to launch, focusing on user adoption and engagement
- Develop scalable systems for campaign execution and measurement, leveraging AI to enhance effectiveness and speed
- Transform customer insights into targeted engagement initiatives across various communication channels
- Collaborate with data teams to establish metrics, implement tracking systems, and analyze campaign performance
- Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, setting high standards in a fast-evolving landscape
Qualifications
- 8+ years in lifecycle marketing, product management, or growth marketing, with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) preferred
- Prioritization of product-led growth (PLG) experience
- Proven success in managing continuous, triggered lifecycle programs that achieve measurable outcomes in adoption and retention
- Solid understanding of MarTech systems, including reverse ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and webhooks for efficient workflow management
- Ability to design A/B tests with clear hypotheses and explain results to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional customer empathy and segmentation skills, capable of turning quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
