About the role
Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this position supports core digital initiatives including outbound communications, mobile app content, and personalization efforts to drive engagement, increase retention, and ensure consistent brand experience across channels. This role is highly collaborative and data-driven, blending creative execution with meticulous attention to detail. The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing personalized, high-impact communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in building, scheduling, and deploying customer-facing communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app content
- Create and publish in-app stories, optimize app homepages for consistency with the website, and perform QA to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Customize creative and product assortments for targeted segments by leveraging customer data
- Review all outbound communications to ensure accuracy in content, links, design, and functionality
- Deliver weekly reports on app performance, campaign results, and personalization KPIs, and track segmentation metrics across platforms
- Provide actionable recommendations based on engagement data, A/B testing results, segmentation analysis, and click map performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, push and SMS tools, and CMS or app content systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
- Basic understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing best practices
- Familiarity with project management or creative asset management
- Experience with GA4 preferred
- Basic HTML knowledge preferred
