About the role

The Life Skills Instructor is responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance personal and professional development skills among participants.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops on topics such as time management, goal setting, and conflict resolution.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback to improve skill sets.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure comprehensive training programs.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in education or training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
