Education$100k/yrFull-time
What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops covering public speaking, concentration, collaboration, and feedback exchange, adjusting your delivery and energy for Pre-K through 8th grade age ranges
- Conducting daily individual and small-group coaching sessions to review student progress in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish goals, and ensure 100% completion of weekly targets
- Administering Test2Pass assessments and evaluating results to verify genuine mastery of each life skill rather than simple attendance
- Providing targeted support when students experience academic or engagement setbacks—identifying underlying causes and creating action plans for recovery
- Cultivating authentic relationships with each student that create the trust necessary for effective coaching through challenges, distraction, and moments of self-doubt
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering traditional academic lectures or direct subject instruction (core academics are learned through adaptive applications, independent of your instruction)
- Creating original lesson plans or curriculum materials (Alpha supplies structured life skills playbooks; your responsibility is executing them with energy and narrative engagement)
- Handling parent communications or administrative operations (Campus Leads manage these functions; your focus remains entirely on students)
- Handling academic evaluations or preparing students for standardized tests (these elements do not exist in this model)
- Operating independently without collaboration (you work within a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who provide feedback and mutual accountability)
About the Role
The most meaningful support you can offer a child who achieves 99% is to insist they reach 100%. If that expectation feels too demanding, this position is not the right fit. If it energizes you because you understand that maintaining high standards demonstrates your belief in a student's capability, continue reading.
