Position Overview
The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex pharma and biotech collaboration and licensing deals, as well as other operational agreements for life sciences companies. The role requires managing client relationships, collaborating across diverse teams, and contributing to high-profile transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of relevant transactional experience in life sciences
- Experience drafting and negotiating pharma/biotech collaboration and licensing agreements
- Strong academic credentials and large law firm training
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Client-facing experience and ability to manage client relationships
- Admission to the relevant state Bar required
