Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention

Qualifications

• Effective communicator both written and verbal
• Computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Possession of a Competitive Sales Drive to Meet and Exceed Monthly Goals
• Prior Insurance Industry Experience is Not Required, but a Plus
• Successful Completion of Background, Credit Check, and Drug Screen
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred

Pay

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
