Life Enrichment Facilitator/Transporter

Position Purpose

Advocate for quality Resident Care, assisting Resident in initiating & maintaining quality activity of interest, assuring timely & accurate documentation of above. Provides and initiates appropriate interventions to maximize the residents psychological, social and ADL functioning. Assist in observing and reporting changes in resident’s condition.

Accountabilities And Job Duties

• Understands and adheres to Resident Rights at all times.
• Maintains the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Reports all allegations of resident abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property.
• Respects privacy of residents; including those as prescribed by HIPAA.
• Responds with respect, patience, compassion, and helpfulness to residents, visitors, and staff at all times.
• Maintains a respectful and pleasing tone of voice at all times.
• Never raises voice in anger, frustration, or shouts to communicate with someone inside or outside building.
