Life Enrichment/Transportation Assistant

Position Overview

The Springs at Murrayhill is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant who can transform planned activities into memorable experiences for seniors. This role requires a passion for memory care and a commitment to fostering a community of connection.

Availability

We are seeking a part-time or full-time candidate available for weekend shifts, with preference given to those with experience in memory care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging events such as educational sessions, exercise classes, outings, arts and crafts, and holiday festivities
• Collaborate with residents and team members to develop resident-centered programs
• Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to gatherings
• Assist with transportation to and from community events

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Pass diving record screening
