Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Presents a program of Activities to meet the needs and interests of each Resident.
• Mets weekly or as scheduled with Life Enrichment Department staff to coordinate accountabilities of the department.
• Presents Activities as scheduled on the Activities Calendar.
• Creates an atmosphere of excitement & anticipation through Special Events programming.
• Provides “Active Listening” for Residents/Families directed at problem identification & solution.
• Provides for behavior/adjustment interventions as indicated.
• Informs, invites and escorts residents as necessary to groups of their choice.
• Has materials and preparation done prior to groups so that group is started on time according to posted schedule.
