Life Enrichment Associate - Temporary Full-Time

Position Summary Assists in planning and implementing activities tailored to participants' interests and needs, promoting their physical, social, spiritual, mental, and creative wellbeing. Coordinates small groups and provides resources to support engagement. Responsibilities Include Developing, distributing, and evaluating the monthly life enrichment calendarManaging supplies and equipment inventoryDriving the bus for outings and scenic ridesServing on committees and supporting the Director in their absenceCommunicating residents’ responses and needs to staffCompiling data and performing clerical tasksPerforming additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; activity professional coursework preferred1-2 years experience in recreational programmingValid Colorado driver’s licenseProficiency in English and excellent customer service skills Physical & Working Conditions Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequentlyIntermittent sitting, standing, bending, and movingFrequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors
