Life Cycle Specialist Lead
Sales Support
- Execute outreach programs through phone, email, digital tools, and social media.
- Support Life Cycle Managers in identifying IB targets based on BU provided data to retain sockets and grow revenue.
- Improve the quality of IB CRM data as guided by Life Cycle Managers.
- Forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunities.
- Prepare and present quotes for Upgrades and Purchasable Options to customers.
- Navigate customers through the sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and after-market follow-up.
- Work closely with sales to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner.
- Attend customer meetings and presentations as required.
- Provide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle Specialist.
Sales Support Tools and Technology
- Familiarize oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, including CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement software.
- Create and maintain sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize documentation for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with different internal departments for effective coordination and smooth workflow.
- Communicate relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as required.
Coordination and Communication
- Support Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists by providing guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments.
- Connect Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists with appropriate resources.
- Navigate routine challenges in the execution of Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists' work.
Data Entry and Maintenance
- Enter and update customer and sales-related data in the CRM system or other sales databases.
- Update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.
This is a remote, field-based position. The selected individual will be required to live in or near the designated metropolitan area.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Strong desire to succeed and advance into additional roles within Canon.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a rapidly growing environment.
Excellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program development.
Excellent presentation/platform skills.
PREFERRED CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Service.
Ability to travel. Minimum 1 year, preferred 4 years' experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry or equivalent educational background in lieu of experience.
Pay Information: Hourly rate $38.40 (Annual Equivalency of $74,880.00) plus target incentives.
