LICSW / LSWAIC Social Worker

Start Date: 9/7/2026 • Pay Rate: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00

About the role

Provides acute care case management services including behavioral health assessments, diagnosis and treatment planning, discharge coordination for post-acute placements, safety planning, and management of voluntary and involuntary psychiatric admissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments
• Develop diagnosis and treatment plans
• Coordinate discharge for post-acute placements (SNF level of care, regulatory requirements)
• Create safety plans
• Manage voluntary and involuntary psychiatric admissions (ITA – Involuntary Treatment Act)

Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work
• Washington state LICSW (preferred) or LSWAIC (with external supervision)
• 4 years total experience, including at least 2 years recent acute inpatient case management
• Travel experience
• Familiarity with involuntary admission processes in applicable states

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience
• Washington state LICSW

Schedule

13-week assignment • 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM • 80 hours per week
