Key Responsibilities
- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Processes new and renewal license applications.
- Verifies and advises on continuing education compliance.
- Performs follow-up when there is a non-compliance issue.
- Audits vendors for proper licenses.
- Follows up on additional requests from the DOI to ensure license issuance.
- Provides direction to licensees to update resident, business, mailing, and email addresses.
- Affords assistance in formulating policies and procedures (licensing guidelines) and editing of policies.
- Participates in industry licensing groups through SILA to stay updated on industry changes.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Requires high degree of attention to detail.
- Exceptional ability to multitask.
- Demonstrate and practice strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Requires a commitment to provide excellent service.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $43,200.00-$68,850.00 annually based on experience and qualifications.
