About the role
Support customers through their transition to Sovereign Critical Infrastructure (SCI). Serve as front-line support for customer licensing issues encountered during migration. Troubleshoot and resolve licensing issues related to product configuration, licensing, and deployment. Analyze technical information to identify licensing issues and determine appropriate resolution paths. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex licensing problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Knowledge of licensing across company products and tools.
- Experience supporting customer migrations and licensing support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and customers.
- Immediate availability for start and willingness to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
