Responsibilities
- Onboard & Data Integrity: Onboard new agents to Signal and manage precise data entry into systems used to contract agents with insurance carriers.
- Contract Management: Proactively follow up on contract submissions to ensure paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Advisor Support: Act as a subject matter expert, answering emails and phone calls from Advisors and internal departments regarding all things L&C.
- Industry Vigilance: Keep a pulse on ever-changing industry requirements and proactively notify Advisors of changes that may impact their business.
- Process Improvement: Identify "inches" where we can streamline the handoff between advisors and carriers to reduce friction.
- Intentional Communicator: You thoughtfully listen to and distill information into clear, digestible updates for a remote-first team.
- Process-Driven: You "geek out" on workflows and are meticulous enough for quality output without succeding to indecision.

Requirements
- Insurance Industry Experience: Direct knowledge of the insurance landscape is required.
- L&C Expertise: Previous experience managing licensing, contracting, or appointment processes for insurance agents.
- Tech Savvy: Professional experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and agency management platforms (e.g., SureLC).
- Attention to Detail: A "measure twice, cut once" approach to complex regulatory paperwork and digital workflows.

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
