About the Role
The LVN provides general nursing care to patients in an outpatient care setting, focusing on community-oriented primary care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and implement individualized nursing care plans aligned with physicians' therapeutic goals.
- Address physical, psychological, and social aspects of patient care.
- Deliver ambulatory nursing services in a community health environment.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program.
- Two to three years of experience in a doctor's office or ambulatory healthcare setting preferred.
- Current Texas LVN license.
- BLS certification and CPR (American Heart Association).
Schedule
Full-time role with a schedule of five 8-hour days.
