About the role
This role is for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home care to pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in the practice state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills, with the ability to evaluate patient conditions effectively.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, across various locations.
